Tendmark Buildings

Pierce County, Washington

Clean Buildings compliance,
with someone to carry it.

We organize benchmarking, qualified target determination, working energy and maintenance programs, state filing and an eligible incentive application.

Tell us about the building. We will develop its scope and indicative fee by email.

Start with what you know.

Does that area include parking garages?

A preliminary route first. No email needed to prepare.

A building handover, not another checklist

Records become a working program.

We build on what is already in place, arrange the people and records still needed, and carry the work toward reporting.

Contact details and operator

Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 24 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.

Coverage and the published deadline

Nonresidential Tier 2 covers buildings over 20,000 through 50,000 gross sq ft, excluding parking garages. Area, activity and exclusions need review; multifamily and mixed use have separate considerations. Commerce Tier 2 guidance.

Benchmarking, an implemented energy management plan and an operations and maintenance program are required. A qualified energy manager determines the target; Tier 2 does not currently require target attainment. Preliminary preparation is not an applicability determination.
